Privacy Policy

Last Updated: June 1, 2025

"Any collection, processing, or transmission of information by AppLovin (or its downstream partners) is governed exclusively by AppLovin's own privacy terms, including its limitation-of-liability provisions. We do not control AppLovin's internal data flows, and AppLovin expressly disclaims any liability for how its SDK handles user data. For details, please refer to AppLovin's official privacy policy at https://www.applovin.com/privacy/."

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy governs the handling of information as it pertains to the end user's interaction with our mobile software application (hereafter, "the Application"). The Application has been designed for entertainment purposes and does not, by virtue of its native functionality, engage in any first-party collection, retention, or transmission of user-identifiable information or persistent device telemetry. Any incidental data access or transmission that may occur is exclusively facilitated through the integration of third-party services essential to the operational delivery of in-application monetization features, namely advertisement rendering.

2. Data Practices of Native Code (First-Party)

The Application's proprietary codebase does not, either explicitly or implicitly, instantiate any processes or background services intended to extract, harvest, or persist user data, whether personally identifiable or otherwise. We neither request nor utilize access permissions related to sensitive system components, including but not limited to: contact lists, geolocation modules, media libraries, device identifiers (beyond those inherently accessed by external SDKs), microphone, camera, or biometric input. All functionality strictly adheres to the principle of minimal access, ensuring the Application operates independently of any user profiling or data tracking logic.

3. Integration of Third-Party SDKs

In order to ensure the financial viability of continued development and support, the Application includes a mobile advertising component furnished by an external advertising mediation framework provided by AppLovin Corporation ("AppLovin"). AppLovin, in its capacity as an independent service provider, may autonomously access certain device-level signals and contextual metadata for the exclusive purpose of delivering, optimizing, and auditing the performance of advertisement units.

4. Nature and Scope of Third-Party Data Access

While our development team does not directly solicit or manipulate any personal data, it is possible that AppLovin or its affiliated demand-side partners may programmatically retrieve the following non-exhaustive categories of data:

  • Advertising identifiers (e.g., GAID/IDFA)
  • Device model, OS version, language settings, and screen resolution
  • IP address and general network connectivity information
  • Event-based metrics relating to ad impressions, clicks, and engagement

Such data points are typically leveraged by the ad provider for the sole purpose of ad targeting, frequency capping, fraud detection, and aggregated analytics. The Application exercises no control over AppLovin's internal data flow architecture and does not access, store, or process the aforementioned data independently.

5. Absence of First-Party Data Retention

To reiterate, the Application does not include functionality to collect or retain any user data. No locally stored databases, external server communications, or background analytics processes are employed by us. All data management and user interaction telemetry reside entirely within the scope of AppLovin's SDK, acting independently of our code logic.

6. User Consent and Choice Mechanisms

Depending on your device's operating system, you may be presented with the option to restrict personalized advertising. On Android and iOS platforms, you may opt out of interest-based advertising by adjusting system settings related to ad personalization. The Application respects these system-level choices, as enforced by the ad SDK.

7. Children's Privacy

The Application is not intentionally directed toward individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. Any data access that may occur through AppLovin's framework is governed by their own compliance mechanisms under COPPA and equivalent legislation.

8. Limitation of Liability

We assume no responsibility for the data practices, policies, or security standards of third-party entities integrated within the Application. While care has been taken to partner with reputable SDK providers, we cannot and do not guarantee the behavior of such entities once data leaves the device. Users are encouraged to consult AppLovin's official privacy documentation for a comprehensive understanding of their data practices: https://www.applovin.com/privacy/

9. Amendments

This Privacy Policy may be amended periodically to reflect updates in operational practices or applicable legal requirements. Continued use of the Application following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
